How much is the shipping?
For shipping within Germany we charge €3.50. Shipping is free for orders over €40.
For shipping within the EU (except Switzerland and Great Britain) we charge a flat rate of 10 € for shipping, to Switzerland and Great Britain we charge 16 € per order. From an order value of 150€ we deliver abroad free of charge.
We ship all orders from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU. However, outside the EU, such as when shipping to Switzerland, these may occur. Please note that there are different regulations on customs or import sales tax depending on the country. 100% of these fees go to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be borne by you.
If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. These will then be deducted from the credit note in the event of a return by DHL.
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany max. 3-5 days and outside of Germany 5-10 days.
I would like to return my order. How does this work?
Orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns that meet our return policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Here are our return conditions:
- Please contact us first by email to announce the return.
- Please ensure items are returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging.
- Products that are damaged, soiled or can be proven to have been worn will not be taken back.
- For your return, we cannot accept liability for items that are stolen or lost during shipping.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cover the costs for the return shipment. The buyer bears these costs.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days (from the day of dispatch), contact us and we'll see what's wrong :)
Are your clips also suitable for very fine hair?
If you have finer hair, we would recommend smaller hair clips, eg MAJA, LINE or LIV. Finer hair can sometimes be very straight, which is why half buns don't hold and the clip slips. We have a tip on how to keep the clip in your half bun particularly well. Feel free to visit Instagram, where you will find videos on how to use it.
I have very thick and lots of hair, which hair clip is best suited?
Our JONÅ hairclips are suitable for many different hair types. If you have thick European hair, you can hold them together with a larger clip. Here we recommend the MILA clip or the BIGGA clip for really thick and lots of hair. If you have African hair, which clip is best depends on your hair length and structure. Feel free to contact us and we will advise you individually!
What should I watch out for when using the clips?
To keep the clip as long as possible, avoid playing with the clip and overstretching the spring of the clasp. Make sure that the clip is not exposed to direct sunlight, as this can cause it to bend or fade. If the clip gets wet, dry the spring to protect it from rust.
What material are the clips made of?
Our clips are made from the modified natural material cellulose acetate, a sustainable alternative to conventional plastic. Cellulose acetate is made from plant pulp such as cotton.
Where are the clips produced?
Our clips are currently produced in Asia. At the beginning of our company we looked for manufacturers in Europe but unfortunately only found importers. In the meantime, we have established a close partnership with our supplier and can design the clips completely according to our ideas. The clips are made by machines and the working conditions in the factory are of the highest standards.
My clip is broken - what can I do?
Due to the natural material cellulose acetate, the clip may bend when exposed to heat. There is a trick to bring it back into its original shape: Place the clip in hot water (max. 45 degrees Celsius) for 10-15 minutes and fasten the right and left sides with a hair tie so that the clip is in the right shape is pressed. Then dry well and dry the feather briefly with the hair dryer (coldest setting).
If this does not work or there is another defect, please contact us and we will see what we can do. Within the first 6 months after purchase you will receive a replacement for a defective clip free of charge.
